Product & how it works

An AI runs your water systems — it watches every tank and pump, predicts failures before they happen, and automates the motors. You manage by exception from one dashboard instead of doing manual rounds.

No. Reliable motor on/off is the foundation it's built on. On top of that, the AI predicts pump failures, scores water quality, identifies your water source, and explains anomalies in plain language. See the full breakdown on our technology page.

Yes — no re-plumbing. The sensor mounts on your existing tank and the controller wires in-line with your existing motor supply. Single and three-phase motors are supported.

Yes. Motor on/off runs locally on the device itself. Only the remote monitoring and dashboard need connectivity — your water keeps running either way.

Pricing & subscription

A simple monthly subscription with zero upfront cost — hardware, installation, updates and support included. What you pay depends on your building and site (segment, number of nodes, any SLA), so we scope a precise quote in a free audit. No obligation.

Hardware, installation, firmware updates, repairs and replacements, and support — all included. We own and maintain the hardware; you pay only the monthly subscription.

No — it's a pure subscription. The hardware stays owned and maintained by us, so there's no upfront capital and no maintenance burden on you after any warranty.

Short initial terms for standard deployments like societies; longer terms for mission-critical sites that come with written SLAs, such as hospitals. We scope it per site.

Installation & hardware

Under an hour per tank. Larger multi-tower sites are phased across a few days specifically to avoid disrupting water supply during the switch.

Your existing electrician after a short training, or our team. For FM companies, your own electricians can install across your whole portfolio.

Tank Sensor, Pump Control, Valve Control, TDS Monitoring, and one Gateway per site. Full specs are on the technology page.

Sensor mounting doesn't — it's external to the tank. The controller wiring briefly interrupts motor power for a few minutes, timed by the installer to avoid a peak-demand window.

AI, data & reporting

Pump failures — dry-run, cavitation and bearing wear — flagged weeks early, plus demand peaks and anomalies like a sudden level drop that suggests a leak.

No. Your water data is yours — we use it to run your system and improve the AI's predictions, never to sell to third parties. You can export it whenever you want.

Yes — consumption, savings and incident reports, plus compliance reporting: NABH for hospitals, CBSE/NAAC for schools, and LEED/ESG water audits for commercial buildings.

Yes — role-based access. Maintenance staff see and act on alerts, while committee or management get overview visibility, without everyone having the same control.

Segments & compliance

Societies and RWAs, hospitals, hotels, schools and hostels, commercial and IT parks, and FM companies managing multiple properties. Each has a dedicated page under Solutions.

Yes — NABH water-continuity records for hospitals, CBSE/NAAC infrastructure-adequacy reports for schools, and LEED/ESG water audits for commercial buildings.

Yes — one dashboard spans every building, with both per-site and whole-portfolio views. It's built for FM companies and multi-property owners.
